Overview


We are looking for a sharp mind to assist the growing Finance department on all matters of financial planning and analysis for our global business operations. We need someone with integrity, energy, passion and a strong financial background to aide in everything from day-to-day business operations to forecasting and planning to financing. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage global financial forecasts, including ownership of operating models
  • Day to Day bookkeeping   
  • Coordinate with accounting team on month, quarter and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports
  • Track business performance against operating plans and prepare variance analyses for management and other financial stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain strong business partnerships and cross-functional relationships to provide decision support
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process by providing guidance, support and analytics
  • Support management in corporate development activities, including fundraising and M&A
  • Initiate continual process improvement efforts that enhance timeliness and accuracy of financial results
  • Prepare plans of action for investment based on financial analyses
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree; finance and accounting coursework preferred
  • 1 – 2 years of applicable experience, including investment banking or corporate finance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
