Account Managers

We're looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering a high standard of client services.


As an Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of brand and product setup and launch are complete and accurate.


We work in an unbelievably exciting, ever changing, fast-paced environment where within one day you could be: collecting assets for a new brand/product setup, testing and reviewing products or researching a big brand. You will work closely with the team and will be responsible for driving the process forward.


As an Account Manager, you would be responsible for managing and developing the relationships with clients as well as targeting new business.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of Clients

  • Managing client requests, and working with internal departments to deliver on requests.

  • Maintaining and updating client information using internal tools

  • Learn, understand internal software to assist new and existing clients

  • Working with numerous internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts in maximising opportunities.

  • Researching potential new partners

  • Researching products online

  • Assist in ensuring that all products are accurately presented across all channels

  • Look for ways to improve product information

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or client management

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must

  • Experience with Mac OS, Powerpoint, Excel and Google Docs a plus
